Why do you want to work here? On the surface this seems like a dumb question, but think about it. Do you want a career in law enforcement? Are you willing to work long hours in an isolated environment with people that have records? (Honestly, over time if you give respect the inmates will respect you). Be honest with yourself, if it's not for you then please search elsewhere. The prison has I high turnover rate for a reason. Hope this helps!
