It was a very informal interview process. Most of the questions were about me personally and not so much work related. I did however do a competence test of sorts. I was required to create a few graphics for an upcoming series.
From your current salary, I recommend you to lower your expectations.
General interview questions regarding background, work, accomplishments, comfort with the subject matter, as it's a sexual health company, etc. It's an easy, comfortable interview that makes you want the job.
