One question was: There has been a lot of political activity in the news, what are your thoughts on that? She was digging about how I felt about the gay marriage decision from the Supreme Court. Why did you apply here? What do you know about us? She asked me 2 questions relating to my actual experience - one about graphic design (software) skill (not mentioned in the posting) and another around the most strategic project I worked on. When I asked her 2 quick questions she was very high level so I knew she had decided they were not going forward.
