Creative Director Interview Questions
"As a creative director, companies are looking for individuals who have the skills of an artist with the understanding in business and marketing. In an interview context, expect to discuss your big ideas, management style, and knowledge of the company. You may be presented with role-play situations in which you have to address how you would handle a difficult client, artist, or design. Employers will also be interested in your style of work, so bring your portfolio to talk about your best pieces. In addition to seeking someone with analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills, employers are looking for candidates who are technologically savvy, so be sure to talk about your expertise in computers ."

What are your passions?
Nothing. It is a free/open cool vibe
Any company that sets up an interview, loses your resume, then cancels the interview scant hours before is just plain rude. I can only assume this reflects on their culture.
I was not asked any difficult questions. I was asked where do I expect to see myself in 5 years.
None! Maybe I was just right for the job, but I never felt blindsided or put on the spot. The interviews were more conversational than "pop quiz". I was actually the one firing off a lot of questions, but everyone I talked to was transparent and honest.
What do you think about responsive design?
Experience with mobile.
The most difficult thing seemed to be holding conversation with this person who seemed to be distracted and not focused at all on me, the job, or on the conversation at hand. I'm not holding my breath for any follow-up. I'm not clear they really want to fill the position since he mentioned relying on contract workers for most of their current needs.
So, what's your thing? You know, your thing? I gathered that I was being asked for my specialty.
