The interview was about Dynamics 365 CRM Administration and it was a 2 stage process. First stage was about getting to know the applicant and second was a Technical interview.
From what I remember, there was a strong focus on assessing your expertise and how your skills would fit within the team structure. You’re asked quite detailed questions about your experience, so it’s important to have a solid, confident understanding of your skill set and be able to explain it clearly. There were also scenario-based questions related to the role, which could range from highly technical to more general, platform-based questions depending on the position.
One memorable question was how I would approach solving a complex CRM challenge involving multiple stakeholders, technical constraints, and customer experience considerations while balancing business priorities.
