I forget. They do give you some idea at the interview stage that you will be working really hard, but it sounds like an okay trade-off for getting to work onboard ships. In the end, its not. Not okay to be overworked.

They will give you a hypothetical disaster to solve on the spot. Describe how you will resolve it! Examples: Your partner for the activity hasn't showed up and it's near showtime, what do you do? You are crowd controlling in the Walt Disney Theater when suddenly there is a technical issue that stops the show or the Bingo Machine has crashed, how will you entertain people in the meantime while the situation is resolved? The Sail Away show, which you perform, on embarkation to start the cruise has been moved indoors due to torrential rains, how will the show be resolved both as a team and you individually? There is a child alone and crying and clearly lost, what do you do? If you are male, you cannot do this alone due to safety rules, so how do you quickly resolve this without causing suspicion of ill intent? You are nearby a specific location mentioned over the PA when you hear a Mr. MOB (Man Overboard), what do you do to both contain the crowd situation as well as help the person who fell overboard.
