The IQ assessment consists of pattern recognition, math problems, and verbal aptitude questions (fill in the blank, analogies). The other initial assessments ask you to choose appropriate learning objectives, lesson plans, etc. The screening interview just asks basic questions about you (your career background, what interested you in the job, strengths/weaknesses, etc.).
