Yes, when I convinced customers to buy bigger perfume because they last longer What way can you see the promoted products? You can see promotions through adverts, banners, the little posters near the counter. Why do you think it is important for us to sell food and drink? To enhance customer viewing experience but as well as making more profit. Are you happy to do housekeeping tasks? I believe that keeping the work environment clean is very important bcos it makes the place enjoyable to work in and more pleasurable for the customer. SCENARIO If there was a tap overflowing in the bathroom, there was a queue of people, & the hot dogs were low, what would be your first step & how would you handle the situation? Deal with the hot dogs, serve customer and call someone from staff to deal with the bathrroom What would you do if someone who looked too young tried to watch a movie marked 18? I’d ask for his ID. What do you think your job would involve doing if you were in the position of the person that normally rips your ticket and tells you what way to go? I’d check the tickets and direct the customer to the screens. Also, I’d make sure that the area doesn’t become over crowded due to health and safety policy.
