I can't remember specifically the questions. I remember the role play. They give you an information sheet, that you refer to when assisting the customer. They don't expect you to instantly remember the information provided. So take your time and just speak to the customer as you would if you were working.
Having to assess yourself on your performance which they then ask you to explain to them after.
Not really any difficult questions, just normal questions about yourself and work ethic.
