I was asked why I wanted to leave my current role.
The interview process was very professional compared to most other jobs I have applied to. They were prompt and got back to me to let me know they were moving on with other candidates. The initial screening was tougher than what I've experienced with other similar roles. The hiring manager mentioned that this was a pretty technical position so I would highlight that experience. They asked about a time I advocated for a customer.
