Interview was fairly easy until if you have experience in CX at similar companies. The only challenging part was the presentation as they expect 45 mins of content, which requires days of prep.
They wanted to ask questions geared towards their BoB but it is hard to understand if you don't know their industry or company or even really how they sell their program
