Customer Manager Interview Questions
24,044 customer manager interview questions shared by candidates
There is an interview book of situational behavior questions that are tied to leadership principles. Pretty generic "Tell me about a time where" stuff.
Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager, how did you voice your concern and what was the outcome?
How do do measure your customers satisfaction with your process improvements?
Tell me about yourself
- What do you know about the company? - Tell me about a time when you went out of your way for a customer? (and other situational/behavioral questions) - How would you handle an escalated customer? - How do you motivate associates/team? - etc.
You can find in internet pretty much what is amazon style of interview. I will tell you something not at all covered in any website or youtube yet. REMEMBER, Amazon hires for role and not for company. Their LPs and the examples you provide for those LPs should exactly match with JD primary expectations (no exception as most of these tech companies says they hire for company but they don't, they expect you to be productive from day 1. LPs are good but the examples should match with JD else waste of your time and their time).
Didnt show up for the interview
They provide a sampling of their guiding principles so that you have some structure. Their guiding/leadership principles amount to 30 different points., from which they draw their questions. They use the STAR method. They emphasize not using the same examples with the different interviewers. Thats a strike against you. So if you have a minimum of 7 interviews and 30 leadership principles there is a potential of 210 questions to draw from, from which they recommend you write out examples prior to the interview. They also stated up front they know that no one is perfect and that it can be a stressful process. They seemed very reasonable and especially kind, except for one. Looking back, I'm not sure how sincere they really were, but I will look at the experience as a learning opportunity as I continue my job search. For those interviewing with them, my advice PREPARE. I felt I had prepared well and followed to a tee their STAR method as I used in interviewing people, and provided great examples, I was apparently not what they were looking for and I'm sure something better is around the corner.
