The two team members who interviewed me didn't ask very specific questions as they don't have a lot of experience with the position. However, the person conducting the psychometric testing asked very personal questions about my family life and even voiced a few conclusions about me based on my answers. These included questions like "Did your father go to war?", "Are you in a relationship?" "Will you be getting married?" etc. It was a weird experience. More so since this person seems to have the final say, despite all your qualifications and experience.
