QBR Roleplay pretending you're meeting with various stakeholders, talking about their performance for the quarter, integrations they've had, and how certain teams within their own company weren't utilizing and we should nudge them to include them in the process.
How do you react when you are dissatisfied with the quality of your work, or the outcome of your work?
The two team members who interviewed me didn't ask very specific questions as they don't have a lot of experience with the position. However, the person conducting the psychometric testing asked very personal questions about my family life and even voiced a few conclusions about me based on my answers. These included questions like "Did your father go to war?", "Are you in a relationship?" "Will you be getting married?" etc. It was a weird experience. More so since this person seems to have the final say, despite all your qualifications and experience.
