Not a question but as anyone would, I prepared for the interview as best I could including writing down examples of scenarios I have been in. When I eventually received feedback I was told I should not have referred to my notes for answers. Then in the feedback I was told the interviewer was impressed that I was prepared. Talk about contradictory!
