Every question was the most generic "Tell us about a time" question that you've ever heard in this situation. The team lead entering the information had the interest of a clown at a mime convention.
They warned the work flow would be, at times, very busy and if this is an environment I could handle.
How would you handle an irate customer ?
One of the questions asked was how many call center jobs had I had prior to my current job and to decribe the setting.
Interviewer asked more about my personal life and hobbies than actual workplace experience. Did not ask what computer experience I had, did not ask how busy the previous office jobs I had were. Whole interview took 5 minutes, which left me confused. I did not really have a clear indication of what my job role or the responsibilities would be.
