They seemed quite lost in their interviewing process and at one point it seemed as though I was interviewing them. I actually asked most of the questions. To be fair to them, they did answer all of my questions, despite how general and vague their answers were. Again, I don't think this is their fault. It honestly seems to be like nobody in this company really knows what it is that they do. 1. Who are you? 2. Why didn't you use a template for your CV and why isn't it more professional? 3. Tell me about yourself. 4. (After answering the previous question) We have to check your English. (After answering that) Not all your classmates speak English well. 5. Tell me something interesting. 6. Do you have any previous work experience? 7. Have you ever worked in a school before? 8. Who recommended you for the job? 9. You keep saying we would benefit from your skills. What do you bring to the table? 10. Well, how much of a salary do you expect?
