Too many questions 1. Group assessment and self intro 2. Language test 3. Interview, role play and tons of scenario questions as to how to handle customers etc
What would you say in case a guest calls complaining about an overbooking? How would you handle the situation. etc.
There was not really any difficult question, just be sure about the position you applied for and your motivations. Having a few questions of your own I guess is an advantage.
