Day 1: Interview with HR seems ok and all valid questions will be asked from resume. Day 2: Worst experience ever, as the interviewer doesnt know what to ask and what not to ask! Had started asking very personal questions, like- married or not, have kids or not, drinking is common, so whether it is acceptable or not etc. Seems the interviewer is unaware of ESA 2000, and its implications and started asking questions which are avoidable and not related with the post or job. Seems funny.

They asked if I was interested in management, as a major part of their pitch is that you move from selling to management in 3-6 months. I recall hearing the same thing from Amway decades ago.
