In the face of knowing now that this is an account management position, the question about having to describe a technical issue to a customer, seems archaic.

Describe a time you had to overcome a challenging situation.
They asked if I was interested in management, as a major part of their pitch is that you move from selling to management in 3-6 months. I recall hearing the same thing from Amway decades ago.
How do you feel about hands on leadership? - NOTE: They specifically told me the CEO is very hands on and likes to micromanage. They spun this as a strength of the company. I disagree very much with this statement, but I want to make anyone preparing to work here know that management doesn't seem to have a good system to support employees.
Too many questions, I felt uncomfortable with one of the interviewers.
