Asked LOTS of tough questions, which I liked. Made me feel that they where engaged in the interview process and not just going through people to see who was a sucker they wanted. Lots of scenario questions and pressure questions (what are your strengths, weakness, things you wish you had, etc).
Phone interview then 2 in person interviews, same sort of questions that they ask at any graduate role, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your greatest achievements and so on
