They will test your confidence levels, communication skills and spontaneity in the presentation round.
It wasn't a quiz, which is why I said it was "Average" difficulty, they primarily wanted to know about my experience and background, who I've worked with, and on what. If I didn't have the background and experience, it would have been VERY difficult.
