I had to put together a metric for a Supply Quality score (sounds more complicated than what it is) by using available data on performance (could use internet data, too). I also had to answer advanced level SQL questions. After this it was mainly behavior questions. At one point there was also a case study where I had to understand the logic of profit increase if hotels dropped their prices last minute and they received more bookings.

- 1 Indian and 1 Irish interviewee. - Irish did not ask any questions at all but the Indian. - 80% irrelevant questions which was deliberate so that I do not perform well.
They want to make sure you stay with company for a long term since they will have a long term training on employees. Also, they want to make sure you know the job position you applied.
