What would I do if a disgruntled customer was questioning me how would I handle that situation?
Then he asked if I was homosexual and I said I don't understand what that has to do with the interview I'm not gay. Then he asked me if this is my only job.

They asked all the standard generic questions.... Describe a difficult situation and what you did to overcome it.... Describe an example of when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you resolve the situation.... stuff like that.
What makes you a good fit for the job?
To describe various situations and how you handle them.
Can you multi-task your work load and help customers?
What was a time you ever needed to work as a team to accomplish a task. Stuff like that.
