The questions are not difficult, and you just need general scenarios to answer them. What Target looks for is how you answer them. Identify what the situation is, the explain the behaviors that lead to the outcome, and then state the outcome. I know it looks easy, but we have a ton of interviews that will just have the situation and then the outcome, and no one will discuss what they did to get to the outcome. Ex. "Tell me a time you worked with a team to get a task done."
Tell me about a time when you had a difficult time getting others to do things in a timely manner.
You are in the shoe department and they can just walks up to you asking where a certain shoe is but you do not work in the particular department what do you do?
When was the last time you worked in a team, what was your role and what was the outcome.
Tell me about a time when you leveraged a team or individual to accomplish something
