The questions are not difficult, and you just need general scenarios to answer them. What Target looks for is how you answer them. Identify what the situation is, the explain the behaviors that lead to the outcome, and then state the outcome. I know it looks easy, but we have a ton of interviews that will just have the situation and then the outcome, and no one will discuss what they did to get to the outcome. Ex. "Tell me a time you worked with a team to get a task done."
