For the phone interview, there is a list of questions that comes with the interview invitation email. My interviewer just went down the list of questions. Most of the questions are behavioural and he also asked my opinions on recent finance news.

How do you approach guidance from a superior?
Interview questions were pretty standard. I initially spoke to the internal recruiter to learn more about the job and so we could both see whether my experience and background were right for the role. I then had a chat with the hiring manager - we talked about my experience and the role in a lot more detail. I was then given a case study to work on and present back which was based on the skillset needed for the role. Finally I had a conversation with a couple of people in the team that I'd be working with in the case I was to get the job to understand how the different roles would tie together on a day-to-day basis.
