I initially spoke to the internal recruiter to learn more about the job and so we could both see whether my experience and background were right for the role. I then had a chat with the hiring manager - we talked about my experience and the role in a lot more detail. I was then given a case study to work on and present back which was based on the skillset needed for the role. Finally I had a conversation with a couple of people in the team that I'd be working with in the case I was to get the job to understand how the different roles would tie together on a day-to-day basis.
