Was asked multiple times by many people interviewing me if I had a new product idea. Employees seemed stressed to produce. To top it all, the CEO's vision of the company was completely different from everyone else's.

Big emphasis on good team player questions. They asked mostly questions about my resume and what I learned from each experience and what value I took from each class, work experience, skill. They asked if I knew what the company makes/does and any history about the company.
