First there is one on one interview with hiring manager. Then there is panel interview with the team you’ll be working with. They want to know about your work style as well as skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at de Beaumont Foundation
Interview
After applying to this foundation before and not hearing anything back (ghosting from a mission-based organization is not a good look), I made it to what I guess might have been the screening stage. In preparing for the interview I did a lot of research on the foundation, which I was really excited about. They seem to have a lot of important work they fund and are involved with. The other thing I noticed is that the vast majority of their workforce appeared to be composed of white women under age 30. There was a minimal amount of diversity among the staff, and definitely zero age diversity. Don't bother to apply if you are older than 30. You won't get a call back.
