The focus from the outset was not my qualification but my over qualification. They kept telling me this was an entry level position with absolutely no salary negotiation and I was overqualified. Complete waste of time for everyone. They knew my background beforehand but they insisted on talking with me just so they could tell me I was overqualified. Thank you.
