Was asked to quickly summarize experience, background in 3 minutes. Was cut off by the HR head suddenly to take questions. The back-filled guy started asking questions that were irrelevant to the JD. While answering, I was again cut off by the HR head. Seemed as if either they didn't know what they were looking for or were just trying to reject most candidates for trivial reasons.
