what were the negative issues raised from your last companies performance review.
They kind of challenged my CV, a few though questions. not the best feeling when you leave. Overall the interview went well, but you leave without knowing what will happen, because if the CEO just does´t like your face... your out.
Do i have past ERP experience
They asked questions regarding customers. They used scenarios and asked what you would do. Like, how would you help a someone who is shopping for a pregnant woman?
If a store is loosing sales, how would you increase it?
How many types of fabrics and what are those?

I had to take dog cookies out of a bowl and depending on how many cookies I took I had to tell her that many things about myself. Not that hard as long as it is relevant. This is a tactic the company thinks is "fun". When I became a hiring manager I did not use this tactic because in "group" interviews which was the preferred way the company had us interview, 18/19 year old kids didn't know they were dog cookies and either ate them or would only take one, which didn't result and much conversation.
