Interviewer spent the first 10 minutes talking about themselves and their career, family, etc. Had not read my resume. Fired rapid fire questions and drew negative and at times inaccurate conclusions. Indicated that they were interviewing people with more recent experience who were anxious to find work; that I had been out of the biz far too long; etc. so why hire me; you catch the drift. Found myself balancing the wish to correct him, and a desire to stay cool and keep the peace. I applaud myself for staying cool, but I was rattled.
