They seemed to be concerned about turnover and asked questions related to whether I intended to stick around or jump ship at the first opportunity. Poor salaries = high turnover.

What does fanatical customer service mean?
All pretty standard questions. JL look for how you act and consider others. They recruit on the right attitude, not necessarily how expert you are in a particular area (for branches anyway). For corporate roles, they are alot more choosy for the higher level roles.
