There were no particularly difficult questions but they have a very UX-based approach to design and the main challenge is to understand exactly what the service does and how it works.

They asked me to do a project without much clarity. After the project was submitted there was no follow up from their side, even to acknowledge that the project was received. I followed up a few times weeks after, never receiving a response.
