They asked the usual questions, like tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation at work, etc.
What are things you look for at a company? What are things you want to learn at the company and what are things you can teach at the company?
I wasn't asked any questions other than on the application form. I also had to complete a sample transcript. This was probably the most difficult part, as I was not sure about their editing standards.
Pay was ambiguous.
How'd you like to spend hours learning to use our proprietary system, studying our standards, and taking successive tests, just to have your application terminated with no explanation or recourse? Ok so they didn't actually ask that, but that's their crappy process.
