The recruiter did a great job in terms of scheduling the interview and general process. The video interview itself took about 30-40 minutes asked about multiple questions experience/background/industry/skill However the interviewer did a very P O O R job in communicating and disrespectful of the whole process. Especially during Pandemic and everything is uncertain, it is really terrible that the interviewer decided to ignore my follow up email that I have sent and CALLED me out of nowhere after 1 month when interview was done telling me that they have decided to proceed with other candidate. How u n p r o f e s s I o n a l and d i s r e s p e c t f u l is this? So d I s a p p o I n t e d in the company and how they treated their candidates who decided to take time learn and prepare your company interview.
