I was initially asked to write up some answers to questions and send them back to her in an email (all the questions were related directly to the job posting). I was then contacted a week later asking to clarify some of the answers. I was cut-off as I was answering and rushed off the phone with hardly a goodbye because "she had to get going". I was maybe on the phone for five minutes. Not sure why you'd call someone to screen them for an interview if you didn't have enough time. Maybe two weeks later, I was contacted again to set up the Teams meeting, which started the whole fiasco listed above.
