- Invent and simplified something? - Used data to make a decision? - Received critical feedback - Help a coworker who was struggling - Had an idea that the team did not ultimately go with but ultimately did - Something I did that someone told me to look at differently - Why AWS and why this role? - How I did something outside of my responsibility - Took a calculated risk - Had a deadline to work towards and what options did I do - Went outside my role to do something for the company/customer - Time when there was a risk to the deadline and how it was communicated to the client - Push back and say no to a customer
