What do you want from your employer? This was the only question asked that seemed to be aligned with standard HR processes. Most of the other questions from the following two interviewers seemed unplanned and not aligned with standardized HR questions. Instead, they picked things from the submitted resume and asked questions based on the information in it. This seemed random and poorly planned. It was inconsistent with more robustly developed HR-oriented standards in which all candidates answer a single set of questions in order to compare apples to apples.
