Mostly behavioral questions checking fit as people manager (give me an example of a time you had to motivate a direct report that was under performing, didn't agree with your direct report) cross-functional collaboration (when you needed to motivate a team member, tell me about a time you led a project with many teams, how did you get the job done) and around fit to DoorDash values and the specific role (what was main area of improvement in your last P&G, etc.).
