It’s been a few months since the interview, so I don’t recall specific questions. However, the discussion focused on my experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in life sciences, and how I would approach recruiting strategies for a growing organization.

They really didn’t ask me any questions pertaining to the role. Just to go over my work history, then spoke a little about the company but it was a very short interview for such a senior role.
