Q3: Which Learning Management Systems am I familiar with and have used? Q4: Describe your experience developing Company-wide Employee Engagement Initiatives? Q5: What is my level of familiarity with Performance Management Programs? How have I gone about implementing them? which systems did i used? how did i know they were effective?
The question came in a follow-up email to schedule a call with the hiring manager--"the hiring manager has a really busy schedule, so we cannot keep rescheduling a call with her".
