Career goals
The questions were pretty straightforward about my experience and background. At the end of the interview they asked what I liked to do for fun and I was caught a little off-guard because I had to think for a minute. I appreciated they wanted to learn more about me and my interests and not just my career experience.
What level of work-life balance are you looking for.
Standard questions about relevant experience, behavioral, etc... All about right in terms of level of intensity and difficulty.
What are you driven by?
How much notice would you give if you were to leave the position?
Service Scores, that was the highlight of my interview
Would you be willing to move to Minneapolis?
None, they asked the same boring questions, what are your strong points, what are you weak points. Then a lot of questions on what technologies and methodologies I have experience in but none on successful or failed projects. Not one person asked me where I wanted to be in 5-10 years in my career which I think is an important question but almost everyone asked me why I wanted to work there, (and not in a good way). One executive just asked who we might know in common so he could ask them about me???
