Didn't really apply. Not from my side of the table, anyway. I can't help but wonder if the interviewers felt restricted by the script. They weren't really allowed to deviate from it too much.
How do you deal with a change made by the company that you don't agree with? Name a time you dealt with an upset customer and went outside of the standard operating procedures to assist them? Name a time you put the goals of the team over the goals of your own?
