No difficult questions. I asked most of the questions since I was considering the position.
There were no difficult questions on their part, one of the interviewers even sat with one ear on a conference call the entire time I was interviewed, so I was the one asking the harder questions as I wasn't convinced the position was for me.
The hiring manager asked me to describe a time I had to navigate a challenging situation with a channel partner and how I resolved it to maintain the relationship and achieve our sales goals. They wanted to understand my strategic approach to conflict resolution and my commitment to long-term partnerships.
