The recruiter ask basic interview guide questions. But beyond that it’s random. They have a lot of new upper leaders from target and quite frankly they are not the best of leaders. Also don’t know what they’re lookin for when it comes to DM leadership. I was told that they don’t hire from Wireless backgrounds.
