There were two phone screens and an onsight with three different people. The first phone screen was with Kim, the recruiter. She described the position and what day to day life entailed. The second phone screen was with the Director of Sales. The onsight was with both Team Leaders and the Director of Sales. Kim, the recruiter, was really great. She made the process incredibly clear and was always available to answer questions throughout the entire process!
