My interview process involved several rounds (5 or so), which allowed me gain clarity around the company culture, the ways in which departments converge, and ultimately provided me with the confidence I needed to move forward with Doxy.me. My interactions felt both informative and conversational, and though the process as a whole took time, it was certainly rewarding. It was very clear to me from the initial interview that the team prioritizes quality talent and invests time into ensuring they're hiring the right fit. All in all, it was an illuminating experience!
