I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at doxy.me in Feb 2023
Interview
The interviewers were all super friendly throughout the process and their values shone through quite clearly. The one drawback of not having any internal talent resource meant the process was dragged out longer than expected with an extra stage thrown in on more than one occasion but they were cognisant of this 1) Call with Recruiter 2) Call with HR Manager 3) Call with COO 4) Call with HR, deeper dive 5) Call with VP Eng
Four stage interview (video calls) 1)TA coordinator (20min) 2) HR Manager (1h) 3) HR Manager (1h) 4) Chief Operations Officer (1h) I understand that company is building TA function and do not have experienced talent people but common sense & courtesy is to provide feedback/closing. After 4 stages of interviews I was ghosted. Very unprofessional behavior & terrible candidate experience.
