I passed a melt test and then i was invited to an Assessment Center. The process was consisted of 3 parts with total duration 4 and a half hours. 1. A case study with a presentation. You have 1 hour to prepare your presentation. They handed you over a sheet with information, including tables, key measures, retailers details like how many products have they sold the previous year etc. and you have to present those information, explain why you think that the sales of a product have grown or declined based on those data and also propose a future action plan based on those data as to achieve better growth. The presentation lasts 15 minutes and after that you have 10 minutes for answer questions regarding the presentation. 2. The second part of the assessment center was an interview which lasts 45 minutes. Classic questions like what you know about the company and generally questions that are very popular in interview like describe a situation when you had to work in a team etc. (I don’t remember exactly the questions, but they were classic ones). 3. The third part was a case study. They provide some information, and everyone has some different data from the others. In my case we found out that the “different” information was same for 2 candidates. I mean I had the same information with another candidate, and other 2 candidates had the same as well etc. They gave us 15 minutes to read the information and 30 minutes to work as a group and come up with a proposal. Pros: Very friendly environment and the most cool and relaxed assessors I have ever met. Also They provide lunch and another brake during the process and at the end you have the chance to meet other graduates and talk with them. Cons: They don't cover the travel expenses for the AC.
